About The Position

The Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator coordinates continuous compliance and safety programs to support regulatory excellence and readiness at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Milwaukee. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement service improvements that promote team efficiency and patient outcomes. It advances patient safety by translating standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies for patients and clinical staff. The coordinator also analyzes clinical and financial metrics and prepares reports to inform executive decision-making and service-line growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience, or an associate degree, or a technical degree.
• No required credentials.
