About The Position

Drive a Culture of Readiness by coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs that ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence. Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes. Champion Patient Safety Initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies that protect our patients and clinical staff. Transform Data into Insight by analyzing diverse clinical and financial metrics to produce meaningful reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth.

Requirements

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the state of Wisconsin or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing required.
Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in the field of the primary work required.

Nice To Haves

Monday- Friday days with some flexibility between 7:30 and 5:30
