The team includes an attending physician, patient navigators, licensed vocational nurses, a nurse practitioner, and addiction medicine fellows. Vouchers 4 Veggies is a community-based healthy food and produce prescription initiative founded in 2015 at UCSF. Participants receive $20 or $40 vouchers through community organizations and clinics.
