Quality Engineer 1
About The Position
Dell Technologies is seeking a Quality Engineer to support its Quality Engineering team. The team develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems; improves inspection, verification, and validation of finished products; and defines strategy and governance for quality standards and methodology. The role provides foundational experience in quality practices, including inspection, documentation, test-result and audit data entry, and reporting. The Quality Engineer contributes to timely delivery and works with colleagues to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of quality concepts and tools.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office or BI tools for reporting.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Exposure to statistical process control (SPC) or audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Support routine inspections and test data entry.
- Maintain documentation and evidence packs in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare basic reports and visuals for the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines.
