About The Position

The Quality Auditing Senior Analyst reviews and delivers First Article Inspection (FAI) packages in accordance with AS9102 and client requirements. The role tracks workload and performance metrics, coordinates with the client FAI team, assesses quality documentation, and helps ensure FAI packages are accurate and completed through closure. The position is based in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, and the location is non-negotiable. The candidate must meet the Primary Residential Location Policy for the Accenture Guaynabo Office.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must meet the Primary Residential Location Policy for the Accenture Guaynabo Office.
• Must be proficient in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• At least 2 years of First Article Inspection experience, or at least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing and/or engineering industry.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Understanding of the AS9102 standard.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Supplier Performance Management within manufacturing operations.
• Degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Track FAI package workload metrics daily and weekly to report progress.
• Work with the client FAI team to address questions, submit drawing findings, and structure FAI packages accurately.
• Assess process quality documents to verify FAI assessments against AS9102 and customer requirements.
• Coordinate workflows and conduct training as needed.
• Track metrics continually to support increasing FAI volume throughout the year.
• Keep client metrics reporting tools up to date.
• Conduct thorough and timely FAI reviews through closure and provide performance metrics to support process improvements.
• Collaborate with the team lead to conduct and drive effective problem solving.
• Update and maintain systems and tools according to standard process documentation.
• Audit own data entry for accuracy and make required corrections.
• Respond to client requests for information as needed and escalate matters to the lead when appropriate.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned.
