About The Position

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll ensure that all processes, interactions, and deliverables meet rigorous quality standards. This is a high-impact, fast-paced position (not a warehouse QA role) ideal for detail-driven professionals seeking career advancement in quality management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of quality assurance, auditing, or performance evaluation experience (non-warehouse)
• Proven proficiency in Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; experience providing constructive feedback
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy and consistency

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP, JDE, i5, or HighRadius
• Familiarity with call/chat monitoring, scorecard use, and quality tracking tools
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and best practices

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions and processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards (60% of time)
• Develop, maintain, and implement quality assurance processes and guidelines
• Collaborate with training teams and management to identify and address performance gaps, driving continuous improvement
• Prepare, analyze, and present detailed quality reports to management and stakeholders
• Track, report, and communicate quality outcomes, providing actionable feedback and coaching to team members
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
• Maintain accurate QA metrics and documentation to support business objectives
