Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or call/chat monitoring
• Proficiency in Excel, Windows 10, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook)
• Experience with scorecard-based performance evaluation and delivering constructive feedback
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accountability
• Strong communication, coaching, time management, and collaboration abilities

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SAP, JDE, i5; exposure to HighRadius is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and best practices

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate high-volume customer interactions for compliance with established quality standards (60%)
• Collaborate with training and management teams to address performance gaps and enhance overall service quality (15%)
• Prepare, track, and present detailed quality reports using Excel and MS Forms (10%)
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions (10%)
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and maintain accurate documentation (5%)
