Requirements

High school diploma or Associate degree in technical studies, science, math, or engineering
3-5 years of laboratory or GMP/medical industry experience
Proficient in MS Office and technical writing with strong attention to detail
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with measuring equipment, microscopes, and clean room protocols
Must provide proof of Hepatitis B series, willingness to undergo series, or sign waiver

Nice To Haves

Ability to interpret engineering drawings
OGP Flash 500 Smartscope experience
Lab safety expertise
Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Conduct complaint sample analysis and testing following established protocols
Clean, disinfect, and maintain lab spaces and equipment to ensure biosafety and compliance
Accurately collect, record, and analyze data; maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Safely decontaminate, store, and dispose of samples per procedures
Identify, document, and escalate unexpected results to supervisors and franchise teams
Support project planning, scheduling, and lab process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
Ensure strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements
