The International Institute of New England (IINE) has a long history of creating opportunities for refugees and immigrants to succeed through resettlement, education, employment support, and pathways to citizenship. With locations in Boston and Lowell, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire, IINE serves thousands of individuals and families annually. IINE offers internships to students, graduate students, and recent graduates with demonstrated interest or experience in supporting refugee and immigrant populations. Each internship includes an educational component. All internships are unpaid and correspond roughly with the US School semester system. Fall Internships run from Mid September through Mid December 2026. First consideration is given to applicants who can commit at least 16 hours per week. This internship will be a hybrid format, requiring some in-person hours at our Boston, MA office. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will work closely with the Data & Impact Manager to summarize missing data components and enhance the Programs team’s Apricot database. Your responsibilities will include understanding how data is stored, transitioning data to further information, spot checking for missing data points, generating case note reports for quality checks, and creating/implementing new tutorials and trainings.
