The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of post-closing documentation, loan servicing activities and operational processes within the Credit Administration department. This role supports quality assurance reviews, audit readiness, reporting and analytics process, improvement initiatives and business analysis functions. The QA Analyst ensures that loan files meet internal quality standards and comply with regulatory, investor, and secondary market requirements. This position directly supports the Bank’s mission-driven lending objectives, including financing for small businesses, nonprofits, affordable housing, and commercial real estate projects.
