About The Position

Carvana is hiring for entry-level automotive roles at its Inspection Center in Concord, North Carolina. The posting describes several possible roles, including detailing vehicles, moving vehicles between departments, photographing vehicles, and inspecting vehicle interiors and exteriors for imperfections or defects. The Quality Associate, Post Production role is part of the team that helps ensure vehicles are in first-rate condition before they reach the Carvana website. Training programs are available for entry-level employees to support skill and pay progression.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to heat or cold.
Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Responsibilities

Perform post-production quality work to help ensure vehicles meet Carvana’s standards before reaching the website.
Depending on the assigned position, detail vehicles; move vehicles between departments; photograph vehicles; or inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors for imperfections and defects.
Work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and work mandatory overtime when business needs require it.
