About The Position

The QSR Representative performs restaurant team member duties, including providing fast and friendly guest service, maintaining a clean restaurant, preparing and serving food according to brand, company, and health department regulations, and meeting product quality, food safety, and operational standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, following government laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports in accordance with the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands throughout the shift, including reaching overhead.
Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds or more, including lifting from the ground to overhead.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
Clean and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean restaurant environment.
Prepare and serve food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
Maintain accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
Follow government laws and safety codes.
Complete reports on incidents in accordance with the company’s 5-minute rule policy.

Perform other duties as assigned.
