About The Position

The QSR Representative provides fast, friendly guest service and helps maintain restaurant operations. The role includes preparing and serving food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations; maintaining a clean restaurant; meeting product quality, food safety, and operational standards; and keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records. The representative follows applicable laws and safety codes, completes incident reports under the company’s 5-minute rule policy, and demonstrates the company values of One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position is full-time, with evening availability on weekdays and weekend availability required. The listed store is at 1102 Jonesboro Rd, West Monroe, Louisiana 71292.

• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds or more occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.
