QSR Representative
About The Position
The QSR Representative works in restaurant operations, providing fast, friendly guest service; maintaining a clean restaurant; preparing and serving food in compliance with brand, company, and health department regulations; and ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards. The role also involves keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, following government laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports in accordance with the company's 5-minute rule policy. Employees are expected to demonstrate the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win. The position is part-time and offers day and evening shift availability.
Requirements

- Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
- Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises.
- Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for the entire shift, including reaching overhead.
- Frequently push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50+ pounds, including lifting from ground to overhead.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment through cleaning and general housekeeping.
- Prepare and serve food in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
- Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
- Follow government laws and safety codes.
- Complete reports on incidents following the 5-minute rule policy.
