QSR Representative
About The Position
The QSR Representative works in restaurant operations and provides guest service, maintains a clean restaurant, prepares and serves food, and helps ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, following applicable laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports in accordance with the company’s 5-minute rule policy. The position is full-time with evening availability on weekdays and weekends required. The job is located at Store 2709942Q, 1102 Jonesboro Rd, West Monroe, Louisiana 71292.
Requirements

- Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
- Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises.
- Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for the entire shift, including reaching overhead.
- Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
- Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
- Follow government laws and safety codes.
- Complete reports on incidents in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
