About The Position

The QSR Representative provides fast, friendly guest service and supports restaurant operations. The role includes maintaining a clean restaurant, preparing and serving food in accordance with brand, company, and health department requirements, and ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational standards. It also involves maintaining accurate cash, sales, and inventory records, complying with applicable laws and safety codes, and completing incident reports according to the company’s 5-minute rule policy. Requirements

• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds or more occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.

• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Follow government laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports in accordance with the 5-minute rule policy.
