About The Position

QMAP/Medication staff ensure residents receive medication as prescribed by their physicians. They follow resident care plans and physician orders to promote resident safety and well-being while complying with applicable federal, state, and local standards for community operations. They incorporate Generations' mission, vision, and values into their daily work and interactions. The position is offered as PRN/on-call, full-time, or part-time, with 8-hour shifts across all shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Nice To Haves

• Previous QMAP experience is preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
