About The Position

Bear Creek Senior Living is seeking a QMAP to join its team at a large senior living community. QMAPs provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plans. Care is delivered in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting residents’ dignity and privacy. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Current QMAP certification.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• A love for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine how best to assist them.
• Help ensure residents receive appropriate diets by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
