About The Position

The Purchasing/Receiving Manager oversees procurement and receiving operations at the Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a newly reimagined beachfront hotel. The role is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient purchasing of goods and services, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and supporting smooth hotel operations. The manager leads purchasing and receiving staff and collaborates with other departments to ensure supplies are available when needed. The position is part of the hotel's reopening and its effort to deliver elevated hospitality and memorable guest experiences. The role calls for an experienced procurement leader with a strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in purchasing and receiving, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier negotiation.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with procurement software and inventory control systems.
