About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for fully remote 1099 independent-contractor positions. The clinical partners are expanding to meet increased patient demand and prepare for continued growth into 2027.

The role offers autonomy over your practice schedule, client referrals assigned directly to your calendar, weekly compensation, and employer-provided medical malpractice insurance. Onboarding is described as taking under 30 days. Clinical work is supported by an integrated EMR platform with AI-assisted documentation tools and real-time translation capabilities.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license permitting independent practice in at least one U.S. state, such as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities
