About The Position

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with mental health organizations to hire fully licensed Psychotherapists for fully remote 1099 independent-contractor positions. The organizations are expanding to meet patient demand during the holiday season and into 2027. The role offers autonomy over scheduling, weekly compensation, assigned client referrals, and no marketing overhead. Psychotherapists can set availability across all seven days of the week, with appointments available until 9:00 PM in the client’s local time zone. Onboarding is expected to take less than 30 days. The role includes employer-provided medical malpractice insurance and use of an integrated electronic medical record (EMR) platform with AI-assisted documentation and real-time translation tools.

Requirements

• Hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license that permits independent practice in at least one U.S. state; examples include LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Be eligible to practice independently without clinical supervision; associate-level or supervised licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrate competence in evidence-based psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and defensible clinical documentation.
• Have a high-speed internet connection.
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home office environment.
• Be familiar with telehealth platforms.
