Part Time Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Thriveworks•FL - Remote, FL
•$65,000 - $93,000•Remote

About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who lives in Florida to provide ongoing telemedicine care. The clinician will serve a diverse client population with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more, primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan. Clinicians must be willing to treat clients age 14 and older. This is a part-time, fee-for-service W-2 position involving 15–20 clinical hours per week, with compensation of $65,000–$93,000 per year. Thriveworks does not push or incentivize stimulant medication use; prescribing decisions are left to the clinician based on each client’s symptoms and diagnosis. The organization does not currently treat substance use disorders and seeks to refer clients to in-person providers when symptoms are too severe for telemedicine alone. New hires are enrolled in the ADHD Clinic and are expected to treat ADHD clients. Clinicians must complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification exam. There are no quotas for client volume or prescriptions. The role is fully remote and includes schedule flexibility, clinical support, and no required on-call work.
