Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is licensed and lives in Arkansas, the state where they will practice. This is a remote, fee-for-service W-2 role requiring 15–20 hours of availability per week. Compensation is $61,000–$89,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week. The clinician will provide ongoing telemedicine care to a diverse population of clients with mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Clients are primarily adults and adolescents, and clinicians must be willing to treat clients aged 14 and older. Thriveworks does not push or incentivize stimulant medications; prescribing decisions remain at the clinician’s discretion and are based on the client’s symptoms and diagnosis. The organization does not currently treat substance use disorders and seeks to refer clients to in-person providers when symptoms are too severe for telemedicine-only care. New clinicians complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam. New hires are enrolled in the ADHD Clinic and expected to accept and treat ADHD clients, with no quotas for client volume or prescriptions. Clinicians adhere to Thriveworks’ Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services. Thriveworks describes itself as a clinician-founded and clinician-led mental health provider with more than 340 locations, a nationwide hybrid care model, and over 175,000 clients served annually through more than 1.7 million sessions. The company emphasizes clinical support, community, and professional growth. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
