Part Time Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Thriveworks•OR - Remote, OR
•$71,000 - $102,000•Remote

About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who lives in Oregon to provide ongoing telemedicine care. Clinicians serve a diverse population with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD, primarily treating adults and adolescents, with plans to expand care across the lifespan. The role is willing to treat clients age 14 and older. Thriveworks does not push or incentivize stimulant medications; prescribing decisions are left to the clinician based on each client’s symptoms and diagnosis. The organization does not currently treat substance use disorders and aims to refer clients to in-person providers when their symptoms are too severe for telemedicine alone. This is a part-time, fee-for-service W-2 position requiring 15–20 hours of availability per week. Compensation is $71,000–$102,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week. Clinicians complete in-house training and a brief exam on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach. New hires enroll in the ADHD Clinic and are expected to accept and treat ADHD clients, but there are no client or prescription quotas.
