Thriveworks is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who live and are licensed in Delaware to provide remote telehealth care during evenings and weekends. This fee-for-service W-2 position pays $51,000–$76,000 per year based on 10–15 clinical hours per week. The posting also states that part-time clinicians must have 15 hours of availability per week in the evenings or on weekends. Clinicians provide ongoing psychiatric assessments and evaluations to a diverse client population with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Clients are primarily adults and adolescents, with a future focus on expanding care across the lifespan. Clinicians must be willing to treat clients age 14 and older. Thriveworks does not push or incentivize stimulant medications; prescribing is based on client symptoms and diagnosis and is left to the clinician’s discretion. The organization does not currently treat substance use disorders and makes efforts to refer clients to in-person providers when symptoms are too severe for telemedicine alone. New clinicians complete in-house training and a brief exam on the organization’s ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach. New hires are enrolled in the ADHD Clinic and expected to accept and treat ADHD clients, but there are no quotas for clients or prescriptions. Clinicians follow Thriveworks’ Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff about clients, programs, and services. Thriveworks is a clinician-founded and clinician-led mental health provider with more than 340 locations and a nationwide hybrid care model. It serves over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions.
