About The Position

Our practice was built to be different, aiming to be one of the best places in Arizona to receive and practice mental health care. We are building a team of clinicians who want to define high-quality psychiatric care. This role involves seeing patients remotely through telehealth and at least one day per week in our Phoenix clinic. We offer a higher rate for in-person clinic days and value clinician input in workflows and policies. Providers receive paid time for team connection and continuing education, and full-time providers get a dedicated virtual assistant. Our EMR and clinical workflows are designed for efficiency and organization. We handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, insurance verification, credentialing, patient intake, and technical support. Appointments are structured for quality care, with 60-minute evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups, and the option for 60-minute follow-ups when clinically appropriate. The practice primarily serves adults aged 18 and older, with the option to treat adolescents or geriatric patients. Caseloads can be built around clinical interests and preferred patient populations.
