About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a full-time hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for its Kansas City, Missouri location, with an early November start. The role is in an outpatient practice setting and includes a mix of in-person care and telehealth. PMHNPs are a critical part of the clinical team and provide medication management and therapy. The position offers a productivity-based model with unlimited, uncapped earning potential that can exceed $181,000–$233,000, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus due on the first paycheck and an annual bonus incentive. Requirements
- At least one year of experience practicing as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- An active Missouri license; must be fully licensed in Kansas or willing to obtain a Kansas license.
- An active, unencumbered DEA registration and ability to practice independently.
