About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in the Rutherford, New Jersey area to provide outpatient behavioral healthcare. The role serves adult and child/adolescent populations and combines medication management with therapy. Care may be provided in person and through telemedicine, with flexible work schedules. The tentative start date is March 2027. New graduates may apply if they have previous psychiatric RN experience. The position offers productivity-based compensation, with annual earnings stated as $130,000–$200,000 or more, and a generous sign-on bonus. Requirements
- New Jersey licensure.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP-BC).
- Active DEA registration.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Ability to see child and adolescent populations.
- New graduates are welcome to apply if they have previous RN experience in psychiatry.
