About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the Lexington, Kentucky area to provide outpatient behavioral healthcare. LifeStance provides mental healthcare services for children, adolescents, and adults in clinics and through telemedicine. The role offers flexible work schedules and a hybrid arrangement combining telemedicine and in-person care. Compensation is productivity-based, with top compensation potentially exceeding $200,000–$220,000 per year and no cap. Nurse practitioners receive administrative support and work with digital technology in a collegial clinical environment.
Requirements
- Hold Kentucky licensure and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Have an active DEA registration.
- Have experience working with adults, children and adolescents, or patients across the lifespan.
- Have experience in both medication management and psychotherapy.
- Reside within commuting distance of a local clinic.
