Requirements

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Associate / Physician Assistant (PA)
Current Illinois licensure
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork

Nice To Haves

One year of psychiatric practice experience preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat psychiatric conditions across the lifespan
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate closely with therapists and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care
Build and manage a thriving patient panel with the support of an experienced clinical and administrative team
Maintain timely, accurate documentation within the electronic medical record
Utilize telemedicine when appropriate
Contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
