About The Position

The PRTF Facility Director will provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role involves supervising management staff, developing and implementing policies, managing budgets, and fostering a safe and therapeutic environment for youth. The Director will collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure staff receive necessary training and maintain credentials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum five (5) years of management experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or child welfare services.
Knowledge of PRTF regulations, Medicaid requirements, and accreditation standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for all facility operations.
Ensure compliance with Medicaid, state licensing, accreditation, and PRTF regulations.
Supervise management staff and oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor facility budgets, expenditures, and operational efficiency.
Ensure a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment for youth.
Collaborate with clinical staff, families, guardians, community partners, and referral sources.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure all staff receive required training and maintain required credentials.
Participate in audits, surveys, and accreditation reviews.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
