About The Position

Provides operational support and performs basic-to-complex data maintenance and cleanup for data transactions. Performs data transactions and maintenance related to projects, expansions, and new product implementations. Works with other departments to ensure provider data is accurate and supports members.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience maintaining information within multiple databases.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments.
Demonstrated ability to work in a production environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficiency in Excel.
Demonstrated success prioritizing work and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations.
Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications.
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

EPDB experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information, including contractually sensitive or complex transactions, in systems supporting claims adjudication and provider directories.
Collaborate with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements.
May provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit, such as serving as a team lead.
Validate system enhancements.
Identify and research issues, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements.
Conduct and manage audits of provider information and escalate issues for resolution as appropriate.
