Requirements

Education in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related studies
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities
Proficient with Adobe Creative and experience with Microsoft 365 environment

Nice To Haves

Understanding of graphic design principles is an asset
Previous experience in engineering, architectural, or professional services firms is considered an asset.
Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Support the firm in developing timely, high-quality and competitive proposals in response to RFPs
Design proposals and visual aids in Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator
Coordinate consultant submissions, customizes project profiles and team information
Proofreads and edits proposal documents, ensuring compliance with requests
