Requirements

Associate's Degree
At least three years of experience in the professional services field
Proficiency in proposal management and collaboration tools
Familiarity with Adobe Suite, PhotoShop, and Canva
Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of proposal production from inception to completion.
Coordinating and preparing compelling responses to private and public sector Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFI).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure submissions are on time and reflect commitment to innovation, quality, and customer-centricity.
