About The Position

Responsible for managing assigned company property assets to ensure effective utilization, maintenance, leasing, compliance, and financial performance. The role coordinates property operations and supports business partners to maintain safe, reliable, and cost-effective facilities and land assets. The posting covers a single vacancy with salary grade determined by education and/or relevant experience: Property Manager (Salary Grade 6) or Property Manager, Sr. (Salary Grade 7).

Requirements

Property Manager (Salary Grade 6): Four or more years of relevant experience in property management, facilities, real estate operations, or related business functions.
Property Manager, Sr. (Salary Grade 7): Seven or more years of relevant property, facilities, real estate, or asset management experience.
Working knowledge of leases, vendor contracts, budgets, and property operations.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and property records systems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, facilities, finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day property operations for assigned assets, including occupancy, maintenance coordination, and issue resolution.
Oversee vendor activities, service quality, and completion of maintenance work.
Administer lease obligations, renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements.
Monitor budgets, invoices, and operating costs and support variance review and forecasting.
Maintain property files, contracts, and performance records.
Coordinate with legal, finance, facilities, procurement, and business units on property matters.
Ensure assigned properties are operated in compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
