About The Position

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Ramsgate property and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs. The role ensures the building is well managed and maintained and complies with applicable regulatory agency requirements and federal, state, and local laws. CTCAC experience is required. A two-bedroom unit is included.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in management, training, and evaluation with Tax Credit properties.
CTCAC experience is required.
Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge of Boston Post software.

Responsibilities

Apply property rules and regulations and lease documents consistently, and report violations.
Process, complete, and maintain accurate resident files at move-in and at each recertification in accordance with established regulatory guidelines.
Conduct recruiting, hiring, and termination processes, and train and evaluate staff.
Ensure compliance with programs such as HUD, TCAC, Home Program, RHCP, CAL HFA, and AHP.
Obtain appropriate documentation, complete certifications, and collect deposits and rents in accordance with program policies and procedures.
Ensure site staff respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
Complete work orders and turn over vacant units in a timely manner.
