About The Position

The Property Manager leads and develops the property team while delivering consistent, referral-worthy customer experiences. The role combines team leadership with business strategy, including seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and balancing income and expenses to achieve strong overall results. The successful candidate is proactive, organized, collaborative, compassionate, and focused on exceeding expectations. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience, including selection and hiring, team training and coaching, and budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of the bottom line and the ability to balance income and expenses.
• Occasional travel is required.

• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology is strongly encouraged.
