About The Position

The Broista is the customer-facing representative of Dutch Bros Coffee, delivering friendly, energetic service in a fast-paced, high-volume shop. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them choose drinks, preparing quality beverages efficiently, and maintaining a clean workspace while following food-safety standards. The work is physically demanding and requires being on your feet, moving quickly, and serving customers for shifts of up to 10 hours. Broistas work closely with their crew, show up reliably for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings, and remain ready to work in varying weather conditions. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. Compensation is $15.00 per hour in base pay plus an average of $3.00 per hour in tips; tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary.
