Property Manager needed for 125 unit, Class B Apartment Community in Athens, GA. Property Manager Apartment Industry experience is required. Bilingual Spanish/English skills and Propertyware Software experience is preferred. Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. Strong Sales, Marketing, Collections and Customer Service skills needed.
