About The Position

Property Manager – (Full-Time, 40 hours/week) for senior apartment communities. This is a hands-on role requiring on-site presence and active engagement with staff and residents. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our affordable housing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high occupancy, supervising staff, and fostering positive resident relations.

Requirements

2+ years of affordable housing property management experience
Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
CPM or ARM certification preferred

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day property operations, budgets, and policies
Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs
Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy management
Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/move-outs
Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff
Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards
Prepare and submit required compliance reports
