About The Position

Gross Residential is seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude to manage Midpark Village Apartments. The Property Manager promotes client satisfaction through daily in-person and telephone interactions, answering inquiries, providing information about apartment amenities, and resolving service issues. This position is important to the community’s leasing, customer service, and marketing efforts. Apartment management experience is preferred; Leasing Professionals and Assistant Property Managers ready for career advancement are also encouraged to apply. The role includes varied duties and opportunities for career development.

Requirements

Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects and set priorities effectively.
Computer literacy, including property management software and Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

Promote client satisfaction through a professionally managed leasing office.
Interview, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, reward, and discipline staff.
Plan, assign, and direct staff work.
Manage multiple deadline-driven projects simultaneously.
Set priorities to maintain efficient office operations.
Maintain a close working relationship with maintenance and housekeeping personnel, using working knowledge of maintenance issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
