About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Property Manager for Village East, Concord Square, Pilgrim Heights, and OEDC Houses in Omaha, Nebraska. The communities comprise 86 total units and include HUD, Tax Credit, and conventional properties. Compensation is up to $54,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Property Manager is a supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability for planning, implementing, and monitoring the business operations of the properties. Seldin Company is headquartered in Omaha and manages multifamily communities primarily in the Midwest and Mountain West. Requirements

• Two years of management experience.
• Three to four years of property management experience.
• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in any field, or industry certifications will be considered.
• Leadership and team development skills.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
