About The Position

The Property Manager leads and develops the property team while overseeing business performance and resident service across West Village Lofts and 400 Rhett. The role calls for a practical, compassionate leader who models the company’s mission of consistently creating referral-worthy customer experiences and balances team leadership with business strategy and continuous improvement. The manager advocates for the team, supports individual performance, and provides excellent service to internal and external customers. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

At least three years of experience as a residential property manager.
Prior supervisory experience, including team selection and hiring, training and coaching, and budget processing.
Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management and accounting software.
Strong understanding of bottom-line performance and balancing income and expenses.
Occasional travel required.
Proactive, organized, team-oriented approach and a passion for exceeding expectations.
