About The Position
Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a first-party property coverage and defense attorney at the Associate or Partner level for its California office. Applicants must reside in California and hold an active license in good standing with the California State Bar. The role may be performed on a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote, or fully remotely. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. The salary range is $120,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- 3–12 years of experience.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Experience writing coverage opinions for insurers and/or defending insurers in lawsuits filed by insureds.
- Must reside in California.
- Must hold an active license in good standing with the California State Bar.
