About The Position

Clausen Miller P.C. is seeking a first-party property coverage and defense attorney at the Associate or Partner level for its California office. The attorney may work on a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remotely, or fully remotely. The role is full-time and benefit eligible. The annual salary range is $120,000 to $200,000, depending on experience.

Requirements

• 3–12 years of experience.
• Must reside in California.
• Must hold an active California state bar license in good standing.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience writing coverage opinions for insurers and/or defending insurers in lawsuits filed by insureds.
