About The Position

Horst Insurance is seeking an experienced and motivated Property & Casualty Producer to join its team in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. The producer will grow a profitable book of commercial and personal insurance business by developing new client relationships, assessing insurance needs, and presenting customized risk management solutions. Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop client-focused solutions.
• Solid business acumen and a strong desire to succeed.
• Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings.
