Requirements

1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet business requirements.
Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
Strong problem-solving skills with effective negotiation abilities.
Service-oriented with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the frontline liaison, building strong relationships and addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.
Manage administration of services, collect payments, inspect the property, and facilitate resident moves.
Support leasing activities by handling inquiries, conducting unit viewings, onboarding new residents, and contributing to leasing targets.
