About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Work Technician for daytime janitorial and cleaning projects. This position is suited to someone already working in the janitorial industry who wants to earn additional income on available days off, or to an experienced technician seeking flexible scheduling. The role involves a variety of specialized cleaning work in large commercial facilities and requires an eye for quality, reliability, and attention to detail. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour and is based on experience. Applicants must have their own vehicle and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Experience working in large commercial facilities.
• Experience operating professional floor care equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to work standing for long periods.
• Ability to push or pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile and grout cleaning.
• Perform carpet cleaning.
• Complete floor work, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.
• Clean windows.
• Perform high dusting and detail cleaning.
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
• Communicate with coworkers and customers while working in the general public.
