About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Work Technician for project-based cleaning work, primarily on weekends and some weeknights. Work hours vary depending on projects. This position performs specialized cleaning tasks in large commercial facilities and requires reliable, detail-oriented work. The position is described as a side job to earn extra money.

Requirements

• Experience working in large commercial facilities.
• Experience operating professional floor care equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work standing for long periods.
• Basic interpersonal and communication skills for working with the public, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to push or pull at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile and grout cleaning.
• Clean carpets.
• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.
• Clean windows.
• Perform high dusting and detail cleaning.
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
• Communicate with coworkers and customers and work in areas accessible to the general public.
