About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Work Technician for janitorial and cleaning project work. The position involves weekend work and some nights during the week, with hours varying depending on projects. Duties include specialized cleaning in large commercial facilities, and the employer seeks reliable candidates with strong attention to quality. Requirements

• Experience working in large commercial facilities.
• Experience operating professional floor-care equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work standing for long periods.
• Ability to push or pull at least 30 lbs.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor work (strip, wax, buff, and burnish), window cleaning, high dusting, and detail cleaning.
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
• Communicate with coworkers and customers and work in areas accessible to the general public.
